Need an icd file for a Pulnix TM-1300. Have searched ni for an hour, can't find where the icd files can be downoloaded

The camera file and related support files you need can be found at
ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/imaq/camera_support/camera_files/digital/pulnix/

I downloaded the file and installed in the proper directory. Using MAX v2.0.3.6 and IMAQ v2.21. When I tried to open the camera config file in MAX, it said it was damaged. Can you verify if file is such?
