image analysis- starter

hello ni,

                    i want to do some simple task with VISION, presently i dont have any drivers and software for vision. is there any evaluation available in ni?

i need only for offline analysis... like image counting, measuring dimension... etc...

can you help me on which drivers and software that can be done this task?...
