image subtraction

I have the background image which is 1500x1200 and i need to subtract an image which is not not exactly the same size with this.The image in 1500x1100 and it will vary.I need to subtract the image and fill black as compensation.Any idea would make my task a lot easier.

Hi muks,

you can resize your smaller vi to the original size, make your image subtraction and change all pixel inserted before with black.

yes mike i can do it for 2 images but i want to do it dynamically for real time images

By realtime i mean the incoming images. While aligning the image's aspect ration will change considerably.Time is notatall  a criteria mike
