Can someone provide an example using the IMAQ-1426

to generate a 5kHz continuous pulse that is used as

the external trigger CC1?

Hey csk,

To achieve this, first make sure that you have direct routing enabled in MAX for your camera control line:

Then you'll need something similar to the LL Pulse Generation example combined with the LL Ring example.  The point of it is that you want to generate your pulse like the example in LL Pulse Generation.vi, this will send an immediate pulse out on TriggerLine External 0, then use the configure trigger VI on your LL Ring to look for a trigger on External 0.  As long as your camera triggers on CC1, this should work.

Are there limits on the duty cycle and frequency of that generator?

I am looking to have 10-50% duty cycle with an upwards frequency of 10kHz.

Are there any issues adjusting this clk gen asychronously during an image acquisition?
