precision adjustable camera mount

Hello, I have 18 cameras in a circular arrangment, all focused on the exact same point. The problem is that I can't get all the cameras adjusted correctly because the mounts are too 'sloppy'. I need a mount that allows me to quickly eye up the alignment, and then has a way (maybe set screws) to precisly adjust the camera (pan, tilt, and level).
Thanks!

What kind of mount are you using now? How sloppy is it? How precise do you need to be?

My suggestion would be to look at professional camera mounts. Bogen Manfrotto makes some great ones. They have one with separate adjustments for pan, tilt, and level. They also have a ball head where you squeeze the trigger, adjust the camera to where you want, and release it. If you need eighteen of them, it may get a bit expensive. I remember them being about $30 or $40 each, but it really depends on what model you get.
