scout camera attribute not setting

Hi,

I am using basler scout Gig-E camera , In this i un configure the acqusition first then setting the camera attributes like(shutter ,Gain) then configure acqsition , start acqustion   this is the procedure i am doing for changing the attributes ,If i am doing like this camera attributes are not geetting changed.but After start the acqusition if i am try to change the attibute setting its apply to the camera.Whre i am mistaking pls reply to me?.

In VI:   test-1-cam-speed.vi  all settings are done.
