slim image sensor

Hello!

We are developing a tester for examining the outcoming laserbeam of the pick up unit (OPU) of a CD module. Since picture is captured inside the module a slim CCD sensor is required. Is any type of sensor available with a width of ca. 1mm? Other Sensor parameters are preferred: Sensitivity in IR, 1/3 or 1/2 image size, at least 512x512 pixels, analog output (for NI PCI 1407)

(Endoscope is not a solution)

Can anybody give some tipps where I can find it...

Sorry, a fault in the original question:

 Is any type of sensor available with a width thickness of ca. 1mm?

It think it would be better to contact a camera manufacturer directly to get an answer to your question. NI produces framegrabber and software, cameras aren't in our portfolio!

Hi!

Yes, I know, that we can't get camera sensors from NI but I trust in the members' experience. Of course, we have tried some manufacturer, eg. Sony but all sensors are thicker than 3mm...
