Hi TiKo,
The way you get password protection for FTP for all of our Real-Time targets is to lock the controller configuration and assign the configuration a password. This is done by right-clicking on the Smart Camera in MAX under Remote Systems and selecting 'Lock'. Once the RT controller has a password assigned it will not allow you to FTP to it unless the password is correctly entered. Do you know how to reset the password, since the person who locked the controller configuration doesn't remember the password anymore?
