You are right and You solved the problem.
Unfortunately it was my mistake. I used Legacy NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394 instead of IMAQdx in Ni Max.
After I set properly Ni Max configuration all is greatly working in the right way.
I would like apologize for this mistake.. but just.. work in progress.
