suggest me camera as well as hardware(newbee for IMAQ)

Hi all,
Iam new to the image acquisition.I would like to measure the distance of 2 lines on a sheet.that sheet keeps on continuously moving.i would like acquire the images continuously and monitor and capable to make accurate measurements upto 0.1mm.
for this please suggest me the camera and pci card .

What is the rate of motion of the web? How thick are the lines? What is the distance between the lines? What is the material made of?
