I have a question about vision builder ,can i aquire a usb camera with the new vsion builder?  beyound version 3.5

Also another question can i have a text display out to a video out put  like a volume or size of a object so you could see only this on a display , assume a pic has a calc pixel of 560  and i want the number o displayed   at big size stating 560

3 Question  how much is the max resolution  vsion can handle  12 megapixel    50 megapixel    all one image or?.........................

4.Question can it read high speed image´s like 1000 image´s   a   easch second

Hi cees,

You can acquire an image from a USB camera using the newest version of the IMAQdx driver.

You can use Overlays to place a text display over an image without affecting the image.  Perhaps the custom overlay step might be a good starting point for you.

As far as maximum resolution and image acquisition speed, this is more a question of your computer's specifications.  It depends a lot on how much memory your computer can move around and store all at once.
