Can I Configure with Imaq Vision Tools, a Visage Recognition?
Have I any chances? Or is it impossible?

I may be wrong but I think that the IMAQ find pattern tool is not appropriate for a face recognition problem. If you are not a wizard of neuron networks or multivariate data analysis (chemometrics), I think you better forget it, and turn toward a ready-to-use solution.
Just to give you a superficial glance to the problem, you could read the very basic introduction here.

Facial recognition is an extremely difficult problem, and unless you're willing to write a lot of custom code it's unlikely you'll develop a useful algorithm with a general purpose machine vision system. No major machine vision company that I know of has any kind of presence in the market for face recognition.

You may be able to find a software package that bundles face recognition capability into an ActiveX control, in which case you could combine that capability with the ActiveX controls available from N.I.
