vision acquisition about the discontinuous images

I recently make the subject of the LabVIEW vision acquisition.
First of all, I am using LabVIEW2009, Vision acquisition software2009 and Vision Development Module2009, Measurement & Automation Explorer4.6.2 software. The Camera is a network camera which type is snc-cm120, not the usb interface.

After installing the ipcamera dx filters,the ipcamera can be detected in IMAQdx devices.But using the button of grab or snap,the image is only one frame,but not continuous.

When I use the common usb camera,the images are continous.

so I want to know what the problem is.

Are you using the grab/snap inside a while loop? Can you post a screenshot of your vi?
