What have you tried?  What problems have you encountered?  Is there any specific questions we can answer?  Just in case your problem is not being able to find a pinout for the 6023e you can find it here on page 12/14.

We are using all of the channels available in differential, channel six is used for this

application.

I cannot answer any of your questions about the other device.  In regards to the unstable readings what exactly do you mean by unstable.  Have you seen this document on unexpected voltages and other things you can do to improve your signal.
