Devices and Interfaces is not displayed in MAX

Hello,

Im a teaching assistant for a professor at my university.  We have Measurments and Automation version 4.1.0.3001 installed in an effort to get it to work with the dewetron software.  The only issue is the "Devices and Interfaces" tab is not displayed in the configuration tree.

Any insight on why this might be would be helpful thanks

Hi HoustonH,

Are you using a National Instruments' device with the Dewetron software?  Measurements and Automation Explorer (MAX) will only detect National Instruments' devices.

If you are using a National Instruments' device and you have installed the appropriate driver (NI-DAQmx, NI-FGEN, NI-Scope, etc.), then you probably have a MAX Database corruption.  To resolve this issue, follow the steps in this KnowledgeBase.
