I assume by "block" you are referring to a LabVIEW Express VI. You should probably post your question (and consider clarifying this point) in the "LabVIEW General" category. The "Measure" category is for questions pertaining to the Microsoft Excel DAQ/GPIB/Serial add-in called "Measure".
