ImaqPCI-1411, only works when PC is left on for several hours

Have found that the card will only want to operate if the PC has been on for a couple hours or up to operating temperature. I'm checking operation using NI software provided with the card. Image is garbage and an error is displayed telling me that the image is to large and I need to change the image size smaller than selected, which I have but still have never gotten to work per these instructions. Possible A/D converter issue. Thanks
