No pull-down menue in Excel XP

GPIB Pull-down doesn't show up in EXCEL(XP). Re-installing OfficeXP and Measure didn't help.

Measure 2.0 was developed over three years ago, and there has been no testing of it in Excel XP. Thus, it may very well not work. Other than following the suggestions in this KnowledgeBase entry, I have no other suggestions. It may simply be that Measure no longer works in Excel XP. The last known compatible version of Excel with Measure is Excel 2000.
