No pull down menus for serial add-in in Excel.

I have tried to get the serial add-in to work on five different computers; two having Win95 & Excel 97, one with NT and Excel 2000, one with Win98 and Excel 97 and the last one with XP and Excel 2002. I have read the KnowledgeBase article concerning this problem and it did not help. Also, I am using Measure software v1.2c.

Does anybody have any idea how I can get this software to work correctly?
