how to log digital data to a write to spreadsheet file

i am receiving a digital from my daq assistant and displaying the current value on the front panel of the VI. i want to log the value of the digital signal to a write to spreadsheet file continuously creating a list of the changing values in the spreadsheet file as only the most recent value is being displayed at the moment in the write to spreadsheet file but i want to record the digital signal value in the spreadsheet continuously

Since 'Measure' is an add-on for Excel, not sure why you would even need a Write to Spreadsheet File function. Measure does not support the DAQ Assistant either.

I know that you thought this was a general purpose board for measurement questions but it's not. It's for an obsolete product and you will get a much faster response if you repost to somewhere more appropriate. It would be nice if you also attached your code. I suspect you have made a very basic mistake with the Write to Spreadsheet function.
