install problem with Measure on WIN8

Measure do not work with WIN8. Someone have a tips to install? What kind of product substitute Measure 2.0 for Windows?

Measure has not been supported for quite a few years. What sort of devices do you wish to communicate to? There is no substitute that I know of but there have been some vba examples posted.
