temperature measurement with high sampling rate (128KHz)

I want to measure the temperature with Labview. But I cannot find a sensor with such a high sampling rate (128KHz). Who knows such a sensor which can be used with Labview?

This board is for an obsolete product called Measure - an excel add-on. Nothing at all to do with LabVIEW.
