You posted your question in the wrong forum. This forum is for questions pertaining to the National Instruments product "Measure for Windows". Nevertheless, I think I know where you need to look for this driver. Go to http://www.ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm , where all the drivers for all OSes are listed for the various types of NI GPIB boards.
