Solved!
Go to solution

Hi

after a short evaluation of MS2012 the produt was unistalled.

This operation has corrupted my environment and now I have my licensed MS2010 SP1 unlicensed.

After a complete disinstall and reinstall cycle the proble still exists.

My NI MS2010 menu is empty. The menu for MS2012 was not deleted and i'm not able to delete it manualy. It's also empty.

Link to NI License Manager is present on menu but is not connected with the application, clicking this menu voice don't start any application.

Any one has some advice?

Tx

I have found a solution and now my old licenses are active.

I don't know why but someone has changed the ownership of my licens file and of some folders and link.
Using some tools like WinOwnership i have recovered the ownership of this files and now all works perfectly.

The files blocked are in the following folder: C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\License Manager\Licenses while

the links are in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\National Instruments\app..

Have a nice day
