Browsing Network Devices and Reboot a certain Device using Measurement Studio 2012

I'm looking for some features of MAX or rather NI Network Browser in a .NET assembly. I would like to search for all cRIO devices in the network from C# and retrieve name, ip, model, serial, status and comment. Additionally, I need to reboot a certain device and change the comment string. Can't find any documentation or .NET assembly, but I don't even know anything about the protocol MAX or NI Network Browser is using.
