Hello

Are you using the Measurement Studio Update for VC++.NET (2002). Because you should be using that update package instead of just upgrading a Measurement Studio VC 6.0 project. Im assuming that you are able to run the report's examples correctly in VC 6.0 though.

You can order the update from here. You wont be able to download it, you would need to have it shipped. You can get it for free if you have Measurement Studio 6.0. This update will only work for .NET 2002. If you are using .NET 2003 (7.1), you can sign up for the beta for Measurement Studio 7.0 from here

I h
ope this helps

Thank you Bilal for your answer. But I already have this Measurement Studio Update for VC++.NET. I am not upgrading a Measurement Studio VC 6.0 project.
I have been working with Measurement Studio.net and Visual NET for a few months and it works OK. The other examples which I already tried are working (NiGraph, NiGraph3D...) but NIReport doesn't run.

Do you have an explanation?
Thank you,
Alia

Hmmmm

Do you have LV on your machine? If so, check out this link. There were some incompatibilties discovered between the reports dll that Measurement Studio and LabVIEW installed.

Hello,

You are right with Lab View problem. I tried to run the two examples (Simple report and advanced report) on two machines, one with Lab View, one without Lab View. On the machine with Lab View it doesn't work. On the other, Advanced report example works but the other shows me a message "The margins are invalid" which is maybe really the problem (incompatibility of my printer margins with this example).
Nevertheless, thank you very much for your help!
Bye
