The specification of NI CF-6004 says it is "Programmable with LabVIEW PDA Module for handheld measurements". But I wonder whether I can program it in Mstudio.net with DAQmx-base? Thanks for help.

No. Unfortunately, there are currently no Measurement Studio .NET APIs that support the .NET Compact Framework.
