Check for measurement studio runtime

Hi!

Is there a way to check if the Measurmeent Studio .NET runtime is available on the machine?

Mabe from a batch script? Or from the program itself?

I am looking for a way to determine automaticly if it is necesary to start the installer for the runtime or not.
