Hi
DaqMX redistributable is not installed correctly in other computers. I have made an installation package by InstallShield LE and Visual Studio 2010.
This has been a problem a long time. Before I have installed DaqMX separately but now it must go in a same time with the other installed software components. I do not know what I make wrong. The other NI libraries are OK..
I have updated all my software components.

Hi Ilkka
There was a problem to create a Redistributable Installer with the older DAQmx version, but now it should be fixed when you are using DAQmx 9.4 ?
Did you install the to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package ?
Any error messages or other messages ?
Kind regards

Hi Pixar,
I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package into my development computer. I also included a merge module with a same name into my installation project, but it needed an other download from Flexera.
After that I made a new installation package and tested in a other computer. It did not help; there is still an error message "Could not load file or assembly 'NationalInstruments.DAQmx.dll' or one of its dependencies.
Please note that my development PC is 32 bit Windows Vista and I am trying to install the application into 64 bit Windows 7. The application is targeted to X86.
Maybe you need more information..?

Hi again Pixar,
I attached InstallShield's output from my development computer into this message. There are some warnings related to nianlys.dll but so far the analysis library works in the test computer.
Should I manually include everything for eliminating the warning messages or are there some other merge modules? But DAQmx is the biggest problem.. 🙂
