Determine if device is reserved in M&A explorer

How do I determine if a device is reserved - I can find the reserve and unreserve methods on a Device, however there does not seem to be any "IsReserved" property...

At this current time there is no way to uncover the source code behind MAX to check properties of any sort as access to such material is restricted.
