ERROR while installing VAS

Hello Everyone,

I've been trying to install VAS for a few days. I get the same error even though I format it. I couldn't install VS2008. Not suitable for Windows 10. But I've never taken these mistakes before. I can't make sense.

Even though this error refers to .NET, I would recommend posting in the Vision software forums. This forum is for questions programming in .NET and not for errors relating to it in other software. 

As a tip, you may need to right click on the installation and choose "Run as Administrator" or talk to your IT department to see if they have any ideas. You may also want to contact your local NI support team to see if they have any suggestions.
