Error 2920 installer datasocket

Hi.

I have made a setup project for my application (Measurment studio 7.0 C#) that uses datasocket. When I run the installer I get error 2920. I have looked in the knowledgebase and found this problem. The fix is according to NI to add a system and a program file folder to the fileview in the setup project, but i still get the 2920 error. I have also tried to add the mergemodules nimetautils.msm as well as Mstudionet.msm.

What shall I do?

Hello,

I am going to need a bit more information to be able to debug your issue.
- Can you tell me everything that is being included in the setup project? All merge modules from NI or others.
- Can you run the built setup project with logging turned on and post the log? (setup.exe /l*v "c:\testlog.txt")
