Gabor Spectrogram

I was wondering how can I get an advanced toolkit to perform Gabor Spectrogram?  Does it come with the Measurement Studio or I have to buy it at an extra cost.

I probably did not phrase my question correctly.  I meant to say how do I calculate the gabor spectrum.  I search it in NationalInstruments.Analysis.DSP and cannot find the function to calculate the Gabor spectrum.
