How can you view .NET help in DAQmx or Visual Studio?

I've installed Visual Basic Express Edition 2008 and MSDN Express Edition. I've installed DAQmx 8.9 and selected the .NET Framework 3.5 option. Now, how can I view the help documentation for NI's .NET stuff? I'd prefer to view it in the VS help environment, but I'll settle for being able to view it in the Automation & Measurement Explorer. By the way, I won't be using Measurement Studio, just the .NET capabilities of DAQmx.

Hi Tim,

The DAQmx installer should install the DAQmx .NET help for Visual Studio (if you have VS installed before DAQmx). This help integrates with the Visual Studio help.

You can access this from:
Start»Program Files»National Instruments»NI-DAQ»NI-DAQmx .NET Framework x.x Help

Or from Visual Studio:
Help»Contents»Filtered by: Measurement Studio .NET Class Libraries»National Instruments.DAQmx

See the attached screenshot.

Thanks Jervin. That's just what I was looking for. Somehow I missed the "Text-Based Code Support" folder under the "NI-DAQ" folder in the Windows start menu. Also, in Visual Studio I just looked at what happened to be listed in the "Filter by" box instead of clicking on the pull-down list to see all the options. Duh. Anyway, you also provided me with links to a wealth of information, so this turned out better than I expected.
