How to reference CVIVXDwrapper.dll in Visual Studio .net using Visual Basic .net

When referencing CVI_VXDwrapper.dll in VS.net I recieve an error stating that this is not a .dll file. How can this file be refenced using VB.net?

Hi,

I'm not very sure where that file is. I haven't heard of it before. Can you point me to the file so I can see if it's one of our files that came with Measurement Studio or if it's a 3rd party dll? Thanks
