How to transmit a file over GPIB

Hi

I have a question about transmit  a file from PC to device by GPIB-HS-USB cable. ( with Visual basic .NET)

I am using GPIB driver and CMW 500 to data transfer testing.

However, I can't find way to transmit data.

Is there any example or sample code to trasmit data from PC to CMW 500 ?(or device )

Doesn't the answer to this depend on the capability of the CMW 500 whatever it is.

Hi pc486,

There are several examples that are installed with the NI-488.2 (GPIB) driver. You can find them under All Programs>>National Instruments>>NI-488.2>>GPIB Examples. If you are using a driver that is specific to your device, there are probably examples installed with that driver as well. You can often find information about how to access any installed examples in the readme file for the driver.
