Lookout issues are supported by our Shanghai branch by email only. If you'd like to submit a service request with them (if you have a service contract), please go to
www.ni.com/ask and submit an email support request with Lookout selected as the Software Platform.
If you don't have a service contract, you can still submit a post to our Discussion Forum
Lookout board as well, which is monitored by our Shanghai branch.
