ISupportSynchronizationContext missing after Measurement Studio 2010 installation

We don't have a time frame for updating the API to work with the .NET Framework 4.0.  We are currently evaluating the costs and benefits associated with updating the API.  It will likely be done, but there are other priorities that may prevent it from happening in the next year.

To provide an upate on this issue, we've decided that we don't have sufficient resources to provide .NET Framework 4.0 support for the NI-Scope .NET libraries this year.
