Installation of Measurement Studio 2015

I have a new PC and am trying to transfer my Meas Studio 2015 license from my old computer to my new.  I originally tried to deactivate the license on the old but that did not work.  The system told me I had to remove all NI software first.  So I did that.  Now I am trying to install Measurement Studio on my new computer and I get to the following window and can not get beyond that.  It has already asked me to enter my SN for my copy of Meas Studio which I did.  But I can not get beyond this point. I have pressed enter, clicked on the window and scrolled to the bottom thinking there is some button but I cant find anything.   How do I get it to continue on.
