Is Gabor Transform built in the newest measurement studio?

I need to get Gabor Spectrogram of the impulse response.  I was wondering if the gabor transform is built in the CNIMath in the newest Measurement Studio (8.0)?  I will really appreciate the reply.  I currently use Measurement Studio 7.1 and I do not see the Gabor Transform function. Measurement Studio 8.0 does not have the Gabor Transform function either.  If you would like, you can go to the below link to fill out a product suggestion about adding this function to Measurement Studio.
