Is there a bug in the scattergraph ticks when x axis scaletype is logarithmic and range minimum is 1e-15

It looks like there is a bug in Scattergraph when  the x axis scaletype is logarithmic and the minimum range value is 1e-15.  See below:

It looks like it's only 1e-15 that causes this problem:

Even 1.0001e-15 doesn't cause the problem.

I have attached a project that demonstrates the problem.

Has anyone else seen this problem?  Is there a fix, or a fix in the works?

Hello Stephen,

I've reproduced what you're seeing and verified that it is a bug.  I've filed a bug report for this issue with ID 249777.  Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a workaround available besides just not picking 1e-15 (or others such as 1e-13, 1e-33, etc) as the range minimum.  We intend to fix this bug for the next release of Measurement Studio.
