Ivi.Visa.Interop 3.0.0.0 Deployment on NI-VISA SETUP

I am about to ship our C#-based instrumentation software, which uses VISA-COM 3.0 library through the Ivi.Visa.Interop assembly and some other IVI Shared Components assemblies.  Our software directly refenences to Ivi.Visa.Interop.DLL 3.0.0.0 and requires it already registered as PIA in the GAC. 

My question is what NI-VISA version distributes the Ivi.Visa.Interop.DLL 3.0.0.0 registering it into the GAC.  NI-VISA 3.4 seems like do it but 3.3 does not.  Also Agilent IO Libs Suite 14.1 does it.  Without this assembly, our software generates an exception.

I have almost the same problem ,Did you fix it somehow?

Please let me know what should to do to fix that  Interop.dll

I have same version of .dll and try to run my VB(2008 professional ).
