Launching VB.NET Problem

I just install Measurement Studio but VB.NET reports problems when starting a new application.

at NationalInstruments.DotNET.ComponentWizard.AddIn.a(Project )
at NationalInstruments.DotNET.ComponentWizard.AddIn.OnProjectAdded(Object sender, EventArgs e)
