What are the licensing requirements for distributing an application built with Measurement Studio libraries? Must the end-user agree to the National_Instruments_software_license_agreement.pdf?
The National Instruments Software License Agreement outlines the terms for Application Deployment on page 10.The developer is responsible for meeting the distribution requirements set forth by the contract. As long as these terms are met by the developer before deployment of an application, distribution of the application will meet the terms set forth by the National Instruments Software License Agreement.
