Matlab support / interface in Measurement Studio

I imagine this questions been asked many times in one form or another, so with apologies up front here I go ...

We have a large SW code base in .NET languages (primarily using C#) that incorportes Mesurement Studio controls and occasionally uses the advanced analysis library.

We have a systems group developing Matlab scripts used to verify designs.

Is there some obvious way to incorporate the MATLAB code into a C# Measurement Studio .NET application?

We go the other way without much trouble (we generate data files that are readily taken up by Matlab) but there is a demand to run the test station directly from Matlab and acquire data directly.  Many systems engineerings view the world exclusivley through Matlab (if your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail) and we're trying to avoid SW anarchy and the discarding of a large investment in .NET code.

Thanks in advance for any insight that might be offered ...
