Measurement studio fully integrated with VS 2005

Does anyone have any idea when we can expect a version of Measurement Studio that fully supports Visual Studio 2005?

This is something that our R&D team is currently working on, however we cannot provide any information on a release date, yet.  However, the best way to stay updated is to sign up for  our Beta testing program at www.ni.com/beta.

I wanted to add that Measurement Studio 8.0 will work in Visual Studio 2005.  However, only C# and VB .NET are supported, not C++.  Plus you do not get the full integration that you would normally get with Visual Studio 2003.  This includes a Menu item for Measurement Studio, the DAQ Assistant, and wizards for developing Measurement Studio applications.  For more information please take a look at the following articles.

Will Measurement studio for Visual Studio support C++/CLI ?

The Measurement Studio C++ libraries are all unmanaged (MFC based).

But you should be able to use the .NET controls and libraries via C++/CLI. Our .NET libraries are all CLS-compliant.
