NI-DAQmx installation

Hello:

I'm developing application that among other things

communicate with NI-DAQmx driver.

This part of application that communicate with NI-DAQmx driver

was developed in "Measurement Studio 8.1".

I created installer for above application.

This installer works fine.

And application works fine on PCs

 that already have NI-DAQmx driver installed.

I need to install this application on many machines that

don't have NI-DAQmx driver .

Now I need create installer that install NI-DAQmx driver.

And here the question:

Where can I get distributable for NI-DAQmx driver ?

I browser the NI site and could't find the answer.

I hope someone from NI maybe can answer this question.

Hi Grisha,

There are a couple of different options for installing the DAQmx driver.  By far the easiest solution is to download our DAQmx driver off the website and just install this separately from your application installer.  The newest DAQmx driver can be downloaded here.  You will need to select Multifunction DAQ as your product line and NI-DAQmx as your software.  Then select whichever version of DAQmx you are using.  On the machine that you are installing your application you would just have to run this driver installation.

There are a few other possible options for installing the DAQmx driver.  This discussion forum talks a little more about the different methods.
