Just to confirm. Everything works. Now I have two versions of NI .NET assemblies: for .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0. So, In VS2003 I use references to 1.1 assemblies and in VS2005 - to newer ones.
One note: (at least when I did) installer didn't offer to install .NET 2.0 support by default. I had to tick the corresponding checkbox manually during the phase of choosing what to install.
One more note: path, where I found driver was: ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/niDCD/Aug06/. File size is above 1G.
