Need help reconfiguring MS Visual Studio 2005 help

My MS Visual Studio 2005 now only shows help for NI Measurement Studio (version 8.1.2)

This is true for existing projects or creating new non-Measurement Studio projects.

If I add a plain old VS button to a form, click on it and hit F1, it does return web based help about buttons but the index and contents tree on the left side only shows Measurement Studio help. Help on help!
