PCMCIA card & program distribution

Hi all,
    I'm using a PCMCIA 6024E card and c# for my programming language. I want to be able to give the 6024E and my c# program to anyone with a laptop and have them be able to run everything. Assuming that they have the .net framework installed can I package just the drviers for the daq card with the program? I don't want the users to have to install all the NI programs. Thanks

The DAQ drivers should be all you need to run your application.
